Randyl Errica, Artistic Director for The Woodbury Ballet comments, “I have created this ballet to reflect the age-old theme of good versus evil. This ballet portrays Dracula’s innate romantic human side through his passion and love for Mina. The life-line of ‘goodness’ is depicted in the ‘Mourners’. The ‘Mourners’ are the women in black grieving the loss of humanity in Dracula -- searching for the white light of spirituality and the the release of the monster.”
